It's Not Perfection, It's the Heart
We may think we are perfect in God's eyesight, however,
With God, it's in the heart.
We can attend church, give to the needy, pay our tithes,
Work in all ministries and think that's alright, however
It's not perfection, God is looking at the heart.
For we know who is the perfect one, our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ, always forgives us, loves us in spite of from
The very start, cause everyday it's coming from His heart.
So believe me when I say perfection is not the only way,
To please God, and don't let malice play a major part
Because time is too short, for God truly looks at ones heart.
