It's Not Love

I don't know what makes me want you so
why it is that I can't let you go
My heart broken and my world blue
all because I am stuck on you
The pain I suffer with jealous eyes
because your charms I no longer realize
Whatever it is I'm praying to heaven above
but baby, it's not love

It's not love that leaves me lonely and sad
It's not love that makes me miserable and mad
It's not love that shadows my sun blue
It's not love baby, without you

I tell the moon wish upon the stars
make her my Venus to my Mars
Let her touch mend my broken heart
let her kiss lead to our loving start
In the rain I shed my tears
in my dreams our love is dear
Whatever it is I keep praying to heaven above
but baby, it's not love
