Its not enough

Ten minutes of your time
You cant even give me that
sure you glance my way
but you quickly look right back
at whatever is so interesting down there
in your phone
You may sitting next to me
But your not really home
You ask about my day
in the most generic way
I could tell you I flew an elephant
you dont listen anyway
what about just five minutes
do you think you can give me that
or is it just something
between us that we lack
it used to not be this way
Did you run out of things to say
or have you changed your mind
do you not feel the same
Your attention is everywhere
except where i need it to be
What do i have to do
for you to finally see
the time that your giving
is not enough for me
