It's Just Not Christmas Without You

As I look through these photographs
And watch old movies
A feeling of sadness
Soon overtakes me

Cause when you went home to heaven
My heart felt a bruise
And it's just not Christmas
Without you

The lights they still twinkle
Just not as bright
And the angel on my tree
Reminds me that your nigh

Cause your never any farther
Than my memories
And I wonder in Heaven
If you think of me

I bet you and ole grandpap
And those gone before
Are reunited in laughter
On some beautiful shore

But down here on earth
We have to live with the news
That it's just not Christmas
Without you

The lights they still twinkle
Just not as bright
And the angel on my tree
Reminds me that your nigh

Cause your never any farther
Than my memories
And I wonder in Heaven
If you think of me

I still look at the cards
Signed with your names
Each one says I Love You
Yet one thing remains

No matter how much
I fight with the truth
Its just not Christmas
Without you

The lights they still twinkle
Just not as bright
And the angel on my tree
Reminds me that your nigh

And I hope that some day
My sins He'll excuse
And I'll get to spend
Another Christmas with you

Yes the lights they still twinkle
Just not as bright
And the.... (Chorus fading off)
