It's a Little Too Far
It’s a little too far
It’s a little too far from morality
Along this road of curves and bows,
But those who remain in this mysterious place
Wait long for times abandon
To grant they’re life’s emotion
And it’s a little too far from humanity
Far from paths of question and doubt,
For desires remain where solitude stays
In the roar as voices call
To wake the silent dead
And it’s a little too dark for our eyes to see
Signs of the passing hours,
But rays still brighten the stars display
And reflect a twilight gone
Into the birth of another day
And listen to the calm of the distant waves
In the thunder of the sound of the sea,
For it’s a little too far from insanity
In a place so close to humility
Where was born the crash and flow
