It's a Halloween Spook, Charlie Brown

Look Sally! Pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins; 
  I will pick one for me and you pick one for you 
    They will look spooky dressed like small orange munckins.

     Masked by the moon, Snoopy jumps out with a loud "BOO!"
