It Was the Beauty

It is the beauty of this world

That makes me so inclined

Inclined to stay and watch everyday

To see the season unfold to the next

To watch life and what they expect

Never before have i known such wonders to behold

So many colors blending together

Painting all i see so beautifully

I love this life, I love this world

I first saw from miles away

The blue it beckoned ,the green felt safe

Such a site to behold from out in space

To touch the tree's

Feel the breeze

To gaze up into the sky and just let hours slip by

To hear the insects play there songs

Watch the butterflies dance along

When looking down i yearned with all my soul

To know this world and feel it whole

To be human on this planet

Dwell along side them all

To love and learn, to know

It was the beauty of the planet

That lured me to the surface

This planet i do hold dear

It is the beauty that keeps me here
