I love it when you call me babe
I love all the things you say
Because every single day
It always makes me feel the same
It gets my emotions all lit up
It makes me smile like never before
The feelings you make me experience never seem to give up
It makes my heart just about melt to the floor
I don't know how you do the things you do to me
And when you look at me I wonder what you see
Because every single day,
I feel like I'm not half the person she used to be
I see the way you still glance at her
Yet you mostly seem to be looking my direction
I don't know if she's the kind of girl you still prefer
All I know is your attention is the most amazing infection
An infection so pure
It's something that cannot be cured
And to you I seemed to be lured
Yet the feelings you have for me still do not seem to be sure
You hide your emotions
As if they might burn you alive
I just want this relationship to be set in motion
Lately from you I feel deprived
Your defensive over me when it comes to other guys
As if the things they talk about are all lies
And all of them you seem to despise
Whenever they want to be there and walk by my side
Though nothing is going on
The only guy I want is you
All of this just seems to be wrong
It seems like you want me to choose...
