It Rained and Rained

Now politicians play word game.
Saying climate change is to blame,
Implying Nature's got it wrong
And that they were right all along.
So these great powers must impress
And claim they can cure the mess.
For they will play the salesman game 
And lie that they are not to blame.

David Smith September 3, 2021 at 1:56 PM As long as the people with workable solutions can not get close to the ear of most politicians not a lot will change. The sad thing is that there is more money for jam in tackling the issue than ignoring it. I like the way tackled this piece.
