It Kills Me

It kills me that
I can’t talk to you
I can’t look at you
‘Cause I’m not supposed to
It kills me now
That I still think about you
What else can I do?
I only wish I knew

The moment I saw you
And looked in your eyes
The first time you spoke to me
I knew it’d be all right
I thought of you all day
And dreamed of you all night
Every second after
I wanted you to be mine

I let the sparks fly
It blows my mind
The summer’s flown by
I’ll remember
In December
That you’re still my guy

It couldn’t be simple
It had to be a crush
One I couldn’t forget
That still makes me blush
I don’t think I can handle it
It’s all been too much
I remember your face
And when our hands touched
