It Just Takes Faith
woke up this morning with a new leash on life
thinking the world's a giant pizza and i haven't had my slice
ive taken the bumps and bruises up and down the road
ive beaten the odds ive carried the load
but seems at the end of every road i hit a fork
after a hard days work somehow i still come up short
but change is in the making for my clouds has silver linings
my blessing are coming it just take the right timing
so i continue to smile daily while bearing so much weight
and through all the distance chatter i keep my faith
go on and laugh at my pennies while you stack your gold
for i have been promise my riches ten times fold.....................
(not to late it just take faith)
