It Is Well

He stills the waters
then bids me: "Take My Hand"
 From the depth of sorrow
 He forever helps me stand

 Strong is the voice
 within my soul that sings
"It is well, It is well"
 within the silence rings

 From tears that stream
 he hears my daily plea
"It is well, It is well", He says
 "You just wait and see."

A very comforting poem, and I agree wholeheartedly. One typo: Add r to Stong

I read this poem with interest. All things do come to past. I have learned to never ask, I always say "Thy will be done."

That breezy whisper, peace be still. That tells us of his mighty will. Quiets nerves and dries the eyes. When human spirit's well runs dry.
