It Happened On A Rainy Night Foggy mists engulfed the bright When raindrops fell throughout the night The lampposts glowed at midnights dark When sweethearts kissed at Lover's Park With ravenous beauty so wise That love painted was no surprise They with melded hearts therein chose A mellow moon's glorious pose

Your rhymes are so sublime, and I absolutely love the way your words flow. And “ ravenous” is a very fitting word for the imagery you’ve painted here. My fave line here should be “ a mellow moons glorious pose” how stunning and soul warming is that. With a beauty like that love painted is no surprise, i agree. Brilliant write this is.
