The fog settles over the snow Icy rain falls, no-where to go Everything is close, can’t see far Shields of white and gray, set the bar Of what to see, this winter day But dampness cannot find a way To reach the heart, that glows inside Waiting for weather to subside Heidi Sands 11/25/18

Wonderfully written Heidi. We had nice weather this weekend but I am sure it will change soon, though not a heavy duty winter like you are probably experiencing. Your poem is beautiful, no matter how bad the weather is outside, if the heart is glowing that is all that matters
