It Continues

When will the light begin to shine?
When will the darkness fade away?
No, I am not fine.
There, I still lay.

Look me in the eyes.
Please, don't leave.
But, what if I took off my disguise.
Then you may truly see.

Heaven, it's too far.
Hell, is not far along.
They already saw my scar.
They know it's where I belong.

When will you see right through?
I'm always at war.
I thought, you, always knew.
You watched the blood pour.

I need somebody.
I am in complete darkness.
I haven't anybody.
I promise I am harmless.

Stop this pain tonight.
Once and for all.
I am done with the fight;
I WILL stand tall!
