Your vital nature shines so brightly,
graces us with golden sheen,
you have a heart that hovers lightly,
with compassion rarely seen.
You plumb the possibilities
of living without fear,
you challenge life's inequities
but not without a tear
of sadness in your sacred soul
and shades of anguish too,
this world was never meant
for one as beautiful as you.
