When a mother feels her
babe suckling at her breast,
and her heart starts to stir
for she feels she is blessed;
is this love?
When for a friend, you'll stand
side by side in a brawl;
and although it wasn't planned,
you'll always make that call;
is this love?
When lovers snuggle tight
indulging in desire;
and burning flames ignite,
setting their hearts on fire;
is this love?
When hope touches your soul
on its way to your heart;
and two halves are made whole,
vowing never to part;
is this love?
