Is this Bills Car

the car looks suspiciously like our boy Bill’s, his mother said
She walked past that car twice with his cousin Fred.
There can’t be two of them, Fred stated, of this I am sure.
A guy came by to talk to them, his name was Pure.

There are thousands of these, he informed the two.
He showed them an album with photos of two hundred and two.
One guy named Bill did it, and the rest of us all copied him.
Do you know where he is? Is he here? Asked my Sister Vim.

None of us ever met him, but he’s got a video on u-tube.
He shows you how to paint your car, he did his in the nude.
The cousins watched the video, but his mother said no thanks.
She didn't want to see her eldest son in a video not wearing his Spanx
