Is There Any Fish For Me?
I am at the edge of this lake.
I cast my line and wait.
Look to the left of me
then to the right,
and I see people getting their fish.
The fish always seem to go to these people,
but never to me.
I pull my line in,
and look at theirs.
I try what they do but never seems to work.
Some fish just pass me by,
not taking the bait,
and everyone else is so happy with their one fish.
I know that there is more fishes in the sea,
but it just feels like there is no more for me,
or no fish wants me,
I take my line in and just say to myself,
just one more try,
there may be a fish for me.
