Not past or future
The Present is what matters
It is now and here.
Use all our senses
Let's live with intensity
It is now and here.
There is much to see
Let's not lose it, stay awake
It is now and here.
Clearing our mind by
Focusing on our breathing
It is now and here.
Let's not overthink
Must follow our heart and soul
It is now and here.
Stop multitasking
Better, one thing at a time.
It is now and here.
This is the moment
Let's live this reality
It is now and here
