Sometimes I sit and wonder how life can be And wonder if true love is ever for free Should you pay for your feelings Should you pay for a name Should pay for the day you regret it with shame Should it cost you your health Should it cost you your wealth Is it something you should put up on a shelf Should it collect dust Or should it be cleaned Should it be put out there for the whole world to see Should there be arguing Should there be fighting Should there be nights when you just feel like hiding Should your love be sacrificed Or should you take some good advice Should I ever find a man who will love me for free That's the day I will ask him to marry me....
