Is It Really What You Want

Freedom is a feeling
Like no one or thing can hold you back
The wind in your hair
The water at your feet.
Freedom.
We all want it.

Freedom is an idea
Something no one or thing can steal from you
The things you can do
The people you would meet.
Freedom.
We all want it

Freedom is a state of mind.
You can always be right
You can always be wrong
Freedom.
We all want it.

Freedom is harmony
Your feelings are equalized
Your thoughts are to
Freedom.
We all want it

But even with freedom
Your still a captive.
Of your soul,
Of your spirit
Of yourself.

Freedom can be a prison
Freedom
Is it really what you want?

I loved how you found ways to describe freedom and than at the end changed it and turned it. it is a beautiful concept and written so well. -JenniKatherine
