Two o'clock pm

best time ever for a nap

eyes glazing over.

Maybe some coffee

will ward off the impending

risk to my income.

Twenty short minutes

of break from day spinnits

would help me perform.

Unfortunately

unconventionality

is workplacely scorned.

here's one for you...it's a real true story from my work....they tell me one of the older guys used to fall asleep regularly on the job....was reported to the boss....( get this !)...she offered to increase his salary if he would stay awake .... like W H A A A T ??

I told my boss I'd give back one of my weeks of vacation if I could take a 40 minute nap in the afternoon He said no. Tony
