Invoking grace

Thoughts that arise in mind, we stop halfway,
that thus with attention animated,
flow of life itself by our choice we stay,
poised in stillness, vibrant and elated,
our consciousness by bliss mists hydrated,
borne as always by divine magnetism,
illuminating our mind-body prism,
state of becoming we cannot explain,
that transformed by an unknown mechanism,
soul free from stain breaks free from ego’s chain.
