Invisible Is Reality

Invisible pain
So much that my body is strained
Can’t function from day to day
Tired of living life this way
Capabilities once taken for granted
Now understood they were a luxury planted
Running, walking, and so much more
Have become a struggle I must endure
Some think it’s pretend to get out of responsibilities
But I wish I could just regain all of my abilities
Four surgeries in
And I still can’t seem to win
A diagnosis is just a guess
Still waiting for these tests
