Listen to poem:

Inventing Time

Inventing Time
David J Walker

The ancient argument of
what’s been done

Measuring the
Rising and the setting
of the daily sun

And how long the night
might last
And all that has passed

Between the birth
and death
Of everyone

Described by the scribes
Of the horologist

With too much time
On their hands

Thank you, Robin. I think I have a very different concept of time. Thank you for reading and commenting on my poem.
