Invasion Depression and Anxiety
Sitting still with salty eyes
summersaults in stomach strive
suffering a poltergeist
worried air blinding sight
quickly spawns anxiety
depression shortly joins
anger flows inside of me
transforming all conjoin
From whole too quarter
fallen through invasion
unable to thwarter
hopeless persuasion
Emotional base of optimism
overrun by dead dreams
Innocent fun in prison
depression fills the scene
Fear turns brave to dread
positive to negative
self-confidence lay dead
little left submissive
On the outside I look the same
not so perky but okay
On the inside beaten plain,
confused, what do I say?
