-Intuition of Evil

He was very charismatic,
Would lend anyone a hand
Seemed very kind and caring
To all “ Such a good man”

I voiced he made me uneasy
They just didn’t understand
“Why” they questioned with surprise
“He is such a good man”

I sensed darkness about him
A coldness in his eyes
He made me uncomfortable
I could see through the disguise

I doubted and questioned my feelings
Perhaps it was me?
He was thought such a good man
Though I was unable to see

With every encounter we had
Dread I felt within
Something was not right
I just didn’t like him

It was written in the newspaper
His crimes were so ghastly
His acts so atrocious
Nothing disclosed to protect the families

“ You were right all along” they said
” How did you know?”
“ I just had a feeling in my gut”
“My intuition told me so” ……
