Introvert
Snapping
jaws
ruthless
in
their
single minded
efforts
to devour
my
attention
to my own mind
time
and
silence
the only portal
to dissectionof dreams
organizaton of tasks
My Attention
to
my
inner world
a crime
an act of hedonism
the
agony
of
the
pull
magnified
when the
efforts
to veer it off course
come not from
angry unhinged jaws
but
from
the flailing arms
and faces
of
my most deeply, deeply
ardently
loved
their hearts
my first love
the pull
just
their love of me
need of me
even
this
is
a yank by cracked rope
round my head
tearing
the thought
this
way
and
that
This
collection of torturous moments
the
Hell
of
the
