INTROSPECTION

I nside the lint gathers
N uances of furtive details enmeshed in navel’s web
T orturous thoughts of imperfection’s inadequacy thrive
R eveling in the soup of synaptic suspicions
O ne day the navel will reveal its findings
S uccessfully disclose the meaning of this mindless meandering
P rove the viability of my existence – my mindfulness
E xamination does not make a life worth living
C onclusions offer neither an end nor a beginning
T reason may be a turning away, or a turning towards
I nside the lint gathers
O ffering answers that ask questions – seeking answers
N uances of furtive details enmeshed in navel’s web

Thanks Teddy, I've done a bit of "naval gazing" in my lifetime.
