Introspection

I arrested a space in time today
as rented as a room
i reflected upon my earthly stay
and apparent doom

there are no windows, sound or light
In this domain of tense
It left me in a state of fright
behind a measured fence

I reflect upon this life i live
and measure my demize
will my creator dare to forgive?
my conscious is the prize.
