Intolerable Individuals

Why is it that people drag out their tasks needlessly? Taking hours to accomplish something that could be done in minutes? Gallavanting and having fun has become more important than getting their chores done, There is no sense of urgency in their service, They'd rather have a good time at the expense of their customers' bliss, Is it immaturity or ignorance? When customers are at their wits' end it never spreads good publicity, Perhaps those in public service just don't care whether or not they enhance the effectiveness of their businesses, They'd rather get on by spending their hours in giddiness.......
