Into the Unknown

11/16/19

Ready to roam
Far away from home
And across this globe
Into the unknown
Starting to comb

Being sturdy like a stone
Getting it done, on my own

Staying in the zone
Still so much to hone

Watch your tone
Stop calling my phone

In survival mode
Close to and far from road
Still sticking to the code
Out to find the motherlode

Soon as you explode
Once again time has shown
Most want your cover to be blown
And for you to be exposed

For all that I did I don't know
If I'd be able to atone

When you go, all that remains is bones
That's just the way it goes

Another one off the dome
For now, shalom
