Into the Twilight

Into the Twilight

I stare at the sky
Looking at the stars
Trying to touch them
From afar
Wondering if you can see this
From where ever you are

When I look at the night sky
It calms the soul
Takes my mind off things
Into my own little world
The world I go to
That's where I see you
I fall deep, without a fight
Deep into the Twilight

I miss you
Don't you understand?
I want to hold your hand
When I'm with you, I see nothing else
Your touch makes my heart melt
And when I look in your eyes
It's like they're filled with stars
From the sky

When I look at the night sky
It calms the soul
Takes my mind off things
Into my own little world
The world I go to
That's where I see you
I fall deep, without a fight
Deep into the Twilight

The Twilight is where I go
When I begin to feel low
Because I can be with you there
While in reality
It can never be
Since you're never here
Never here for me

When I look at the night sky
It calms the soul
Takes my mind off things
Into my own little world
The world I go to
That's where I see you
I fall deep, without a fight
Deep into the Twilight

The twilight gives me comfort
It gives me hope
That maybe one day
What I see
Will finally become a reality
