Into the Sky of Blue
The bird is blue as the sky above
and the waters that stretch into the seas
Blue is the eyes of the blonde hair girl
who sometimes smiles at me
Blue is the music that haunts your soul
a rhythm whose vibe frees
Blue is the sadness of a broken heart
of loves lost memory
Blueberries fresh and sweet
nature's bluish treat
Blue is the bruise of a blacken eye
when victory feels like defeat
Soft and bluish as a child's dream
safe in their mother's keep
Blue is true is a promised made
for that love in your heart deep
Bluebird wings and fades into the sky of blue
into the sky of blue...
