Into the Night Part 3

Cold the wind in obscure shadow, transcending the passing day,
Until into darkness escaped no light and its mist bore no age,
Until fires burning are cradled in ones embrace,
Until expressions born in a simple word fade into the night again;
Listen to the rustling as branches sway, beneath the silent moon,
Until a breeze brought forth our memories banished to time and place,
Until in a sign of feelings is held the moments past,
Until shadows lead the spirit into the night again;
Walk past what’s left of destiny when our heart’s emotions change,
Until a breeze moved the starry night again,
Until evening is past and dawn comes quiet in,
Until sun in a breadth of morning warmed to brilliance day
