Sunset fades to black
Colors trade names in silence
Sky forgets it's blue

Ha, ha, ha. I cannot remember the last time I read a well-written haiku that is actually quite funny. Thanks!! A FAVE for me, Chris. ~ Gershon

This fantastic haiku effectively captures a profound moment of transition, illustrating the shift from day to night with minimal words.

Seems the sky’s in the moment, as some people are…forgetting who they are…caught in the darkness, forgetting the colors of day.

I have not thought of the change from sunset to night this way. Wonderful imagery.🌅
