Into the dark
Who said that I could be broken so low?
Was not alone when they were calling my name
I've bled enough; for what, I do not know
Is this soul mirrored, now a burning flame?
That glass reflects a spirit split and torn,
A vision shattered, too pieces on the floor
Those eyes, designed to wound since I was born,
Stay wide and see the wreckage and much more—
They witnessed all I am, yet turn away,
Rejecting all the threads that spun my fate
Then shunned the truth I carry, day after day,
And sealed me in this lonely, hurting state
But still, a flicker lives, this stubborn spark,
And whispers, "Rise, though bruised, into the dark."
