Internal Light

I'm a catalyst for those walking through darkness
seeking a lamp to bring light
The internal spark ignites all the fires that burn in
lanterns through guided night
My dark nights were illumined days that allowed me to
see versions of what is true
Understanding the balance that must be kept will lead
to an overstanding that all is you
Some say it's true that skies are blue, but many fail
to see it clear
Trusting the eyes is risky because they're inverted
telling distant lies when truth is near
Overcome what's false appearing real to the overexposed
naked mind
When clothed with faith doubts fall like garments, because
you see the world with Gods eyes
