Gazing to their beloved sky, I noticed its color, same as mine. Yet, I’m not touched, By their stars. For it showed me not, How bright they are. They thought, and they think… And will always be---them. In their minds---they are gods; I live here, so, I thought I am god, too. I acted… Exactly, like them, the gods. We’ve dreamt together, but My dreams, only, faded in vain. They’re fearless, at all; My fear, still, within me. I did gaze to this new sky; Yet, the land didn’t welcome me. I stopped living like them, ‘Cos I realized I’m not a god. I acted like the old me, As the time passed by, These gods learned… To embrace my gentle soul, at last!
