Instances In Perspective
Sometimes some time slips by unnoticed
Like fog on moonless cloudy night
But once it’s gone it’s gone for ever
Instant past an emptied moment in
frivolously flickered flight
Smoke and sand through open fingers
Here then gone the memory lingers
Dancing in time
Dreaming in rhyme
Watching the moments
Drifting away
With a hot cup of tea
at the end of the day
