Inspired
I search and ponder for ways to
find, the perfect way to write
my mind.
Inspiration comes from every
line, a book a picture a look a
sign.
Some words may hurt and
some rhymes could burn,
regardless my thoughts must
have their turn.
I free myself with every stroke
of my hand, and become my
own true biggest fan.
If you read this and hear what
I'm trying to say, perhaps you'll
post your own one day.
Perhaps if you just close your
eyes, imagine the pen your
feelings in disguise.
There is not right or wrong way
to express, for every poet their
own words do impress.
