Insomnia

I can't fall asleep
Because you are not by my side
You were my comfort zone
To you, I could run and hide

You are so fragile
But you keep me agile
So petite
But you kept me on my feet

A girl that is oh so small
But so big in my life
And without you
I am left to toil and strife

I don't know where you are
You are never very far
Just a few miles away
But I will never see you on this day
In your heart, I am gone
So I am left to move on
