Insidious

Tricky lands a cleaver's welcome.
Behind your words deception rings.
Beware that fault lines open,
that swallow and sever clean.

Take no blame, nor part or shame,
why hearts end always broken.
Point your fingers, avoid your mirrors,
let denial reign unspoken.

Tricky landed a cleaver's welcome.
I call your words deceptive cheats.
Beware! A fault line, opened;
it swallows slow, insidious yet sweet.
