Inquisitive Tree

The tree stood tall, looking at me, as if iit had eyes looking exquisitely Staring with questions, I have no answer for Grounded in life with deep roots to the core Strong, enduring, through all seasons to face Many trees fill mountains in this northern place I looked at the tree still and silent as can be, knowing all the while, it has lessons to teach me Heidi Sands. 4/28/24 (Copyright

Dear Heidi, You have beautifully personified nature's resilience and wisdom through a tree's inquisitive gaze. It reminds me of the natural world's silent yet profound presence, grounding us with its deep roots and enduring strength. I loved how your words evoke a sense of awe and introspection about the mysteries of life alongside the steadfastness of the tree. This is a wonderful contemplative journey into the heart of nature's wisdom. - Blessings, Daniel

Much we can gleam from beauty and silence of nature--a new lesson every day. Well said, Heidi.

I love trees and often think they have secrets to tell...you're right, they also have metaphorical lessons to teach us...tales of their past...we just have to tune in. I especially liked this poem!
