Innocence Verses the World
We are a world apart
But just a few miles away
You think of the night
While I think of the day
Drugs, sex, and alcohol
Are the things you love
I think of tranquility
Carefree like a dove
The media, paparazzi, and fame
Are the only interests of you
While I study the world
I have better things to do
Worlds apart
Miles away
All that changed
When I was born today
