Innocence Lost For Contest

Innocence Lost (for contest)

He’s just a child with another toy
But he does know it can destroy
His childhood spurned with a hideous theme
To create death and lose the dream 
of growing up and making friends
to make mistakes but have amends
Will the zealots of hate ever sway
they were children once who loved and played
