Initiation
the sun fades with a sigh
she and I stand together
a night of neon dreams
I give her a Valentine
she gives me her heart
a friendship for ages
becomes something more
we tell each other
I love you
for the first time
a breathless moment
I whisper
lest the moment be broken
and she says she likes my poem
and she likes something
as simple as a bio about me
desires to share
beg another evening
