Inhale

When I inhale,
I still feel
a rush

I smell
The feeling:
It was more
than a crush

The touch
Was fleeting,

So why do I
Still want you
so much?

Your heart beating
I once smelled this smell
on you
But now,
that isn’t true

Just an
old
discarded
sweatshirt,

as
forgotten
as me
and you.
