Spices and ingredients such as inspiring others, commitment, passion, communication, empowerment, and empathy.
Temperature of being insightful to not overwhelm, but perceptive on when to add spices or ingredients such as support, confidence, and honesty.
There are many types of leaders, but they all have one thing in common. Serving a perfect dish.
